The abrasive belt rotates at high speed driven by the grinding roller, performing grinding operations on the workpiece surface while simultaneously deburring, brushing, and rounding edges.

The vacuum suction conveying system is designed for non-magnetic materials like stainless steel, copper, and aluminum plates (≥50mm × 50mm). It features an adsorption workbench and a vacuum pump, delivering strong suction for small components and handling various material sizes, while greatly reducing energy consumption.

Four or six sets of roller brushes, with adjacent pairs rotating in opposite directions, ensure thorough contact of abrasive particles with every surface of the product, delivering superior processing results. This configuration is used to remove burrs from workpiece edges and achieve smooth edges.
