RAYMAX servo press brake features two independent servo motors, each driving one side of the ram through a ball screw. This allows the ram to tilt electronically for off-center bending without sacrificing parallelism accuracy. The CNC controller automatically adjusts each motor’s position to maintain the desired bend angle across the entire length. Bending force 40 tons, length 1.5m. This design also enables dynamic crowning: the ram can be commanded to follow a convex or concave path to compensate for bed deflection. Ideal for bending long, narrow parts near one end.
